Welcome to Aavoride. By accessing or using our mobile application and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Nature of Service

Aavoride is a driver listing and lead generation platform. We provide a digital platform where:

  • Customers can post their travel requirements.
  • Independent drivers can view these requirements and send quotations.
  • Customers may directly contact drivers of their choice.
  • Aavoride does NOT provide transportation services.
  • Aavoride does NOT own, operate, or control any vehicles.
  • Aavoride does NOT employ drivers.

2. No Ride Booking or Transport Responsibility

  • Aavoride does not confirm, assign, schedule, or manage rides.
  • Aavoride does not provide in-app ride booking.
  • Aavoride does not collect ride fares or process transport payments.
  • All transport arrangements, fare negotiations, and ride execution are solely between the Customer and the Driver.

3. Independent Drivers

Drivers listed on Aavoride are independent service providers. Drivers are solely responsible for:

  • Vehicle condition and legal permits
  • Valid driving license
  • Insurance and regulatory compliance
  • Passenger safety
  • Trip execution

Aavoride does not guarantee the quality, safety, suitability, or legality of any driver or vehicle.

4. Platform Role Limitation

Aavoride's role is limited to:

  • Providing driver listings
  • Enabling quotation exchange
  • Sharing contact details upon user action

Aavoride acts only as a technology intermediary.

5. Payments & Fees

Aavoride may charge drivers:

  • Listing fees
  • Subscription fees
  • Promotional placement fees
  • Aavoride does NOT charge commission per ride.
  • Aavoride is not a party to any payment made between customer and driver.

6. User Responsibility

Customers agree that:

  • They will independently verify driver credentials.
  • Fare and ride terms are agreed directly with drivers.
  • They use the platform at their own discretion and risk.

Drivers agree that:

  • All documents submitted are valid and lawful.
  • They possess required commercial permits and licenses.
  • They comply with applicable transport laws and regulations.

7. Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aavoride shall not be liable for:

  • Any accident, loss, injury, or damage during rides
  • Disputes between customers and drivers
  • Fare disagreements
  • Trip cancellations or delays
  • Misconduct by users

All liabilities rest solely between Customer and Driver.

8. No Partnership or Employment

Nothing in this agreement creates:

  • Employer-employee relationship
  • Agency relationship
  • Transport operator status

between Aavoride and Drivers.

9. Suspension & Removal

Aavoride reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or remove drivers
  • Block users
  • Remove listings

if platform rules or laws are violated.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in [Your City, State].

By using Aavoride, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
