Please read these terms carefully before using AAVORide services. We believe in transparency and mutual respect between our platform, drivers, and travelers.

Nature of Service

AAVORide is a driver listing and lead generation platform designed to connect service seekers with independent providers. Specifically:

We provide a digital marketplace for listing driving services.
We facilitate initial contact but do not moderate the relationship.
AAVORide is not a transportation company or a fleet owner.

No Ride Booking or Transport Responsibility

AAVORide does not confirm rides, assign drivers, or guarantee the availability of any listed service. The platform merely facilitates information exchange; the actual arrangement of transport is a private agreement between the user and the driver.

Independent Drivers

Drivers are independent service providers and not employees, agents, or contractors of AAVORide. They maintain full control over their schedules, routes, and pricing outside of platform suggestions.

Platform Role Limitation

AAVORide acts only as a technology intermediary between users and drivers. We do not provide vehicle insurance, safety training, or mechanical inspections of the vehicles listed.

Payments & Fees

Our revenue model is based on listing fees for service providers. AAVORide charges no ride commission to ensure maximum value for both parties. All financial transactions for services must be handled directly between the user and driver.

User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the verification of credentials and assuming platform risk. We recommend users verify driver licenses and vehicle registration before initiating any trip.

No Partnership or Employment

Nothing in these terms shall be construed as creating an employment relationship, joint venture, or partnership between the user, the driver, and AAVORide.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AAVORide services, users confirm they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Suspension & Removal

AAVORide reserves the right to suspend or block users or drivers at our sole discretion if they violate platform policies, receive poor feedback, or engage in unlawful behavior.
